I downloaded the virtual tour with map SAMPLE

I want to play the files as a linked external file. i.e. a flash file parent, has a link to open an external flash child and play it.
The start SWF is the "park.swf"
This method works for all flash files but not those in the sample.
The pano SWF won't import (nothing happens) at run time.
The SWF works fine by itself (double click using flash player).
This is normal use of a flash file, nothing special.
Anyone know why?
Example, do the pano.swf files need the html and javascript file to run?
However, they do run via flash player without html or the javascript file.
Are they protected in some way from being linked from flash?
