Dear Hopki,
Hope you and your dear ones are doing all right during these difficult times and are taking due precautions.
I am evaluating buying object2VR (I already hold a license for Pano2VR2 Pro). However, I am looking for the following functionality.
1. If you have a look at any of the product views in reviewthree.com, they have a simple but very useful functionality, where user can click for a certain feature and the view automatically rotates and position itself to a pre-identified image in the sequence. Is there a way, this can be done in Object2Vr?
2 - In the sequence of images, i have, there is a point hotspots, which is attached to certain images. I have designed a skin element, which looks like a callout (generally used in videos). I will like to show this callout image as soon as the hotspot is visible. The image is a png with a transparent background. The image should be anchored to the hotspot location. Is this possible?
Is it possible to animate the callout whereby, the callout grows as soon as the hotspot become visible and shrinks as soon as the hotspot is not visible?
thanks
Harsh

Hi Harsh,
For question one, you can use a Move to View action.
Please see this post: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9366
The only thing I can think of is making some animated GIF's.
You will need to use the external image loader but the idea is as the hotspot shows the gif will play.

The examples at reviewthree.com all offer the possibility to rotate the object with the mouse after zooming in.
I have not seen this in Object2VR projects before. There it only works with the controller. But I can move the image with the mouse.
Both variants have pro and cons.
Is it possible to rotate the zoomed picture with the mouse in Object2VR projects?

Hi,
You can do this on a button, once zoomed in select the change viewer mode button and you will be able to rotate, select move mode to drag the image around.
Please see this page about the change viewer mode button: https://ggnome.com/wiki/skin-actions/#C ... iewer_Mode
