To check my understanding your just trying to open the package viewer?
Open the applications folder and then right button click on the package viewer, then select "open".
The open from there.

I'm examining the trial version of object2VR and various resources from the blog including the example projects "light_painting.ggpkg" and "Reindeer.ggpkg" to study all aspects of the software up to its interfacing with "Wordpress". I work on OSX Catalina 10.15.2 and I downloaded version 1.2.0 of the viewer. Obviously I already put it in the application and with the right button, open, I get the error as well as from the attached screenshot. Thinking of a "Gatekeeper" problem, I also sent the commands from the Terminal:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine
codesign -f -s - --deep
but equally the application does not open. What can i do?, Thanks

Unzipped with KEKA, not with OS X "Compression Utility"

I was confused, you mentioned Viewer, I did not think you meant the plugin for WordPress.
We do have a desktop Application Called the Package Viewer, please see: https://ggnome.com/ggpkgviewer
So I thought you had problems opening this.
But good you found your solution.
