In the documentation about changing element position there is:
◊ TIP: You can use placeholders for both the Offset X/Y

There is no sample of placeholder for position in the documentation

Can i have a placeholder for the mouse position?

What i want is a rectangle that will follow the mouse position when clicking in the image

You can use the same idea as the image following the mouse using the modifiers.
