Add / Copy-Paste action to all selected elements

All elements selected can be copied and pasted. Where do you see this not happening?

If an element is not visible it will not be selected in the editor window but can still be selected in the Tree window. They too can be copied and pasted once selected.

not element but actions of it to another selected elements at once.
