I just realized tonight that I had the ability to create skins! Wow! this is going to change how I market my aerial panos! I love the .png support! Bringing in graphics with alpha support is so easy and works great!

My first skin.... go easy on me. I created in in an hour.

I'm afraid like mine the direction/panning buttons do not work correctly.
Your skin is quite nice and friendly on users.

hmmmm... odd. They appeared to work when I just had the buttons in there. Then I started adding things like my logo and a frame around the entire movie. I wonder if that screwed it up.

disappointing.

All the buttons seem to work... some better than others. the <- and -> seem to only rotate as long as you hold the arrow button down... and then it is not smooth... it skips to the next position.. as long as button is held down. For example.. hold the button down.. and it skips to about 20 degrees, next 20 etc. I wonder if there is a rotation "increment" value. The autorotation rotates .2 or 2/10th degrees per second.. or rather slow. I wonder if the <- -> buttons can be be assigned a rotation rate of speed like 2 or 3 or 4/10th's per second.

Exactly! All should be smooth and not jump only when button is clicked.
What screws it up I don't know but this bug has been there since the first beta release.

I think it is the overlay over the entire image. Flash is not smart enough to notice that the center is complete transparent so the skin takes the mouse clicks away from the panorama. If you like to do such things it is better (also for speed) to cut the frame in several parts so that the center panorama has no overlay. The slice feature in Photoshop should make this very easy. For you layout you can use for example the top border, left and right border as separate images. I hope this will fix this problem.

I guess this is the same problem with your skin. Cutting the image in different parts and leaving the center free of overlays should also fix it.

ahaa! it appears that fixed it!

one suggestion... how about a "maximize" icon for the skin window? I have to manually drag out the corner to get it full screen.
