Controler positioning

Hello I try to build my own controler and to find a way to automaticly position on my SWF.
I was put my ancher like Karyn show but my controler are put any where in the SWF but always in the same place if I retry to publish.
I put the ggsk file.
What is wrong please

Hi, Thank for your answer, Is the only difference between my file and your correction are the positioning of the center on the container ?
May I build a controler without container just rectangle with button in children position ?
