I came up with this Here.
The limitations are that you can either just use a mouse enter, which is how the demonstration works or you have a click to move. At the moment there is no click and drag function.
The skin is very basic, and made with only the rectangle and text tools in the skin editor. It of course could use better looking graphics, but as always, eye candy is no good without code.

This skin is not done by pano2vr nor any panoviewer.
This is flash programmed and/or adobe premier/after effects or similar film path tour generated.

I think beside horzontal or vertical movement it is not possible to define a path along which to zoom/move.
