Is it possible to add "tooltip" text to toolbar buttons? for example I'd like the text "Turn Left" to appear above the left arrow button when you mouse over that button and "Turn Right" to appear above the right arrow button...etc...

Tooltip Text for Toolbar buttons
I searched through the video tutorials but couldn't see anything that describes how to do what I want to do. If you have the name of the actual video tutorial I need to see that would be a great help.
As it is, I've kinda solved it myself by adding text elements as png's above each button and then defining "mouse enter" and "mouse leave" actions for each button that set the corresponding element to be either visible or hidden. Is that the way the video explains it?
