hi all,

see this link: http://www.360imagery.co.uk/VT/craythorne/mast_007.html

each of the 10 info markers will call up an external jpeg image, and clicking the marker will move to a new pano. If you put the number 1 or 2 info marker in the centre of the screen, the image tries to load over the marker but if it is in the way it jitters - why?

cheers
Stu

Hi Stu
Is it because the marker has a mouse enter action to open the image, and a mouse leave to close?

If so, then when the image opens and covers the marker the mouse is no longer on the marker so the image hides, then the mouse is back on the marker trying to open it once more.

Try putting a mouse enter to open image and mouse leave close image in both the marker and image?

This may work.

Regards
Hopki :)

I'm following this with interest as I'm preparing a tour on a three story building and attempting my first radar too......
I did notice Stu that when you click on any one of the markers the auto rotate starts again, intentional of course :) but a strange 'feeling'

Good luck with the finished prod...
PS Wheres the sun ???

Hi all

Martin - thanks for the help & support! I've finished the external shots (and yes, I'm 50 feet tall!). Here's the result so far:
http://www.360imagery.co.uk/VT/craythorne/start.html
What I am struggling on is the radar (still!!). I've plotted the x/y positions of all radar points, what I am having difficulty with is the 'set angle'. The start pano is set at initial angle of 120 degrees, and starts where it should. All the others I've left at 0 degrees for the moment (source: mouse click / action: set element angle / angle:0 / target: radar beam), but the radar starts from what appears random positions at each pano location. Whatever angle I input seems to have no bearing on output.....

If I can't crack it, I'll abandon radars for now.....

any ideas?
cheers
Stu

Hi Stu
Send me over your skin and I will make the necessary adjustments along with some instructions. Use PM or e-mail. I am at work at the moment, had to go back to teaching, I can look at it tonight.
Regards
Hopki :)

Edit, use $self in the X/Y.
