This is a somewhat dangerous question
If someone gives an isntruction on dismanteling a swf-file, this could lead hackers to
to do so with others work to get the graphics and so on.
I would ask Thomas Rauscher directly if he can do it for you. I think that would be the
safest way to get your skin back and for all others producing single swf solutions.

No this is not (easily) possible because the skin is stored in a more compressed and different format then in the ggsk file.
