Hi Harry,
Just save it to your skins folder, it will then be ready for any project you may want to use it with.
As it will be in one of Pano2VRs folders, I would also make a copy for backups, so open the skin and do a Save As, then put it into a backup folder.
The Skins folder should not have anything untoward happen to it, but if you decide to do a Clean install or get a new computer, the custom skins will not be included and can be lost.
Or you can create your own skins folder, under Settings/Preferences and the file tab you can change the default skins directory.
