Hello.
I would like to discuss with you about the content we have produced.
First of all, I would like you to try to access the following with iPhone + Safari.

https://tug-d.com/sptest

We are using Pano2VR to provide a variety of content to our clients.
With the recent proliferation of smartphones, there has naturally been an increase in the demand for content viewed on smartphones.
But for some reason, two external links open only when I place an external link in the VR I created and view it with iPhone+Safari.
(At least this happens to everyone around me.)
Why is this?
The URL above is just a Hotspot originally installed in Pano2VR's Skin.
When I browse with Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on iPhone, no problem occurs.
How can I work around this?

Hi,
This looks like you have doubled the actions somehow.
I would say post your support package making sure you include the project and skin files.

Thanks for the reply.
I'll send you the above test working data.
In fact.
1. load one test sphere image and
2. set one "Web Link Silhouette" from Built-in-Compornent on a blank skin.
3. Place one Hotspot in the space.
4. I just put URL and target in the Hotspot.
When I upload this and open it in iPhone+safari, it opens two external links.

It would be great if you could check the data.
Can this be checked?

Hi,
The component is designed to open a new page if on a touch screen device.
If you look at the Hotspot Templates actions, ID ht_url, you will see the first and last actions have action filters.
So if on a touch screen device it uses the Go To URL action.

To change this you need to open each action in the template and in the action filter and remove the Has Touch filter.
This will then work on mobiles.

By the way, not all websites will allow themselves to be displayed in an iframe, our website is one of them.
Use a wiki page for testing.
However, if the tour is on the same domain as the website it will work.

Thanks for the validation!
I'll remove the HasTouch filter and give it a try!

I'll use Wiki for the link next time!
My apologies!

Mr. Hopki.

I removed all action filters with "HasTouch" set from the skin's ht_url.
Thanks to that, the "HasTouch" text disappeared from the skin.js in Output.

However, I still get two external links when I open and view it in iOS + Safari...
https://tug-d.com/sptest

I checked the output data pano2vr_player.js and the HasTouch description is still there. I think this is the problem.
I think I've cleared the action filter for the "template and action filter" you mention. But I don't know where the "template" is.

Could you please tell me where the "template" is that I should tweak?

Hi yumoken,
Looking deeper at this it appears something has changed in iOS and something we need to look into.
Tested desktops and Android all working as should.

Let me know how you get on. I've tested on an iPhone 11 and it seems fine.

Mr. Hopki.

Thanks for checking it out.
Yes, Android and iOS browsers other than Safari are fine.
However, I'm having trouble with iOS+Safari because I can't overlook it because of its worldwide market share.

Mr. Tony.
Thanks for the verification.
I added the browser trigger to the action filter.
The result is... "A popup will open. Do you want to allow it?" dialog box appears, but a new tab is double opened by single-tap.
The test was done on iOS 15.5 + Safari.

If you could please share the data that there was no problem on iPhone 11.

You can download the project and skin files at https://p2vr.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaw ... window.zip

I just tested on the iPhone simulator iPhone 12 Pro running ios 15.2 and it worked fine.

Hi, Mr. Tony.
Thanks for the emulation results and data.
I accessed your link from my iPhone.
As a result, it still opened double.
Hmmm, I don't know what to do about this...
Is this not the case for everyone else?
Is it because it is the Japanese version of iOS...?

In conclusion, is it correct to say that the current Pano2VR does not yet support the iOS+Safari specification?
