Hi,
I hope someone is able to shed some light on this. I have Google searched and been through the forums here but I'm not finding exactly what I'm after.
We have some custom hotspots and have hooked them up through the Simplex skin. What we are trying to do is have the hotspots follow a contour to make it stick to the ground so when it's on a step it looks like it's sticking to the step and not floating. I have a couple of examples attached. I have a test project and if you see one image I have placed the hotspot half on the floor and half on the skirting. It should look like it's "hugging" the skirting and on the floor stick to the floor as well but it just appears to be floating. The other image is using a custom image with 3D Distortion ticked. It sort of does what you want but it doesn't appear to stick properly to the items distorting it far too much. Is there a way to have the hotspot stick to the contour of where it's placed on the image?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanking you

Hi Revista,
Take a look at this post: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=15551
This uses a normal 2D image and then CSS to lay it flat.
Also, have a look at this webinar: https://ggnome.com/gg_webinars/3d-floating-cursor/
