Change color or visibility for a selection of buttons on a flooplan

I'm looking for a simple enough solution to change the color of a selection of markers inside a floorplan, by clicking on a button which is itself inside this floorplan.
I've searched but never found the beginning of the desired effect. Which way have I to look at? with tables, blocks or actions?... being said that I'm not an absolute expert in that.
