Garden Gnome Software

I have a variable and a timer that counts up the seconds, I can display the seconds, all well, all easy, so far so good.

Since this sum can add up to several hours (xxxx seconds), I am looking for a solution to display within p2vr, these seconds as hours, minutes and seconds.

I don´t get an idea, how to do the (usually simple) math, witin p2vr, with variables.
