Is there anyway to change the design of the Hand Cursor icon?

Hi,
The Attached project shows using a rectangle as the pointer.
You can swap out the rectangle for any image, PNG, SVG etc.
You can also use actions top swop out the graphic you're using so have a different graphic on mouseover.
The attached project shows a rectangle that on mouseover changes the scale of the rectangle used as the mouse cursor.
Just make sure it's at the top of the Skins File Tree.
