Garden Gnome Software

I must say as newbie to this program, it can be a bit overwhelming... especially the skin department.

I'm trying to get an info screen working (which i consider to be a very basic element) through an image hotspot.
i'm using the element custom-popup_picture as basis, i don't need the URL (link) part.

so i'm using title, description, and then link target URL as the URL to the picture.

but -> i would like a background+border to fit snugly around it, resizing with whatever the text amount (no scroll bars) and picture size (even when there is no picture) are.

for some reason it's not working out, but i have the feeling it should be possible and not too complex.
i've been testing and searching all weekend now... hope someone can give a hint.
