You can keep clicking in that position, but as long as you don't move the mouse, the content does not show.
If you move the mouse, the tooltip shows
Then, if you click, the pop-up is good.
Move the mouse a little, close the pop-up, and the tooltip is back. So that's good.

Final thoughts:
If you move the mouse over an other painting to close the pop-up, the problem occurs.
And there are some more issues with opening and closing pop-ups if you don't move the mouse.
I will see if I can make a video that shows the mouse movements and clicks clearly.
