Tooltip with Point Hotspot

Hi I'm working on a project in Object2VR 3.1.
At the moment there are 2 things which simply don't seem to work:
- I#d Like to have an info box which has a relative position to a Point Hotspot
- the text in the Box should have a padding i.e. the text should be a few pixels set into the blue box
Is there a solution to this?
