Adaptive panoramic menu

I decided to try creating a panorama list like on this tour. And with the help of Hopki's instructions (for which I thank him separately), everything worked out for me. But when I tried to adapt this skin to a mobile device, I had a problem. At the moment, in order to switch the list of visible panoramas, you need to click on the text label. How can I make the switch happen using the arrows?
