Callout hotspot which uses a timer.
Bit more complex then the one I ended up with.
But if you are interested in it here it is, actually there are two versions.

Hi Martin,

Quick question. On the Mouse Leave you set the value of 0.02 on the calloutTimer_1/2. What's the purpose of setting this value?

cheers,

Tony

Hi Tony,
This changes the speed for the timer so on mouse leave it counts down faster.
The problem with this callout and why the way I ended up with is better is the count has to be at 0 before it can be opened again.
If its to slow you could mouse leave and enter a new hotspot before the variable is back to 0.
In this case, the call out will not happen.

Hopki

Oh, that's nice!

Had to lookup what a callout hotspot is, but if it's the animating of line and description I saw in a Panotour plugin just now, that's beautiful!

I've looked at your example, it looks good! Two questions:
- Could it be made to automatically expand on entering the viewport and retract when almost exiting the viewport?
- Have you worked on the issue of having to be back at 0 before it can be called again?

You mention that what you posted here is a bit more complicated than what you ended up with? So... there is a simpler solution? Or is that for a future update?

I'm inclined to try this, it adds dynamic and can reduce screen clutter when viewing the 360 panoramas.
