Hello all

When creating a floorplan and associated map pins in version 5 we used a node marker with clone as normal and clone as active pin markers.
Then dragged the node to the floorplan image.
This had the effect of showing a green marker in a floorplan when the node was active and all the others were red.

Having made the change to v6 I see that this is no longer the way to go.

I can see how to use a custom map pin but I can't figure out how to make the map pin green when the node is selected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Hi PaulK,
V6 lets you add maps both ways, in the components toolbox you will see:

• Map Element Map Pin, this speaks for its self, it to be used with the Map Element.

• Map Pin with Radar Silhouette and Map Pin with Radar Simplex, the text boxes are styled diffrently to match the two skins.

You will see that the Map Element Map Pin has an active state. Just have a look at the logic blocks.
The Map Pin with Radar Silhouette and Simplex is for the old way of adding a map PNG to the skin.

Hopki

Hi Hopki

As ever I missed that one! Fits the bill perfectly.
