"thumbnail cloner" component - scroll bar size

is it possible to change the height of the horizontal scroll bar in the thumbnail cloner component? I have a client complaining the thumbs take up too much space in the browser window on mobile so want to shink the scroll bar height....

I would just build two, one for computers and one for mobile.
As a tip keep the thumbnails the same size in both so the project only generates one set of thumbnails.
You can then scale the size of it to make it smaller.
If you have a look at the shipped xxx_v6 skins you will see we have a slightly different approach for mobiles.
