Can you make an SVG an external link?

I was wondering if it's possible to make an SVG icon an external link or a fixed hotspot on the canvas?

Hi,
If you know the location of the tour and your images are larger then 5KB then yes.
As an example if you upload an output folder to a server, your site.com/output.
Then inside the output folder will be the images folder and finally the SVG.
So the path in this example would be: yoursite.com/output/images/image.svg
