hello all. im driving myself nuts trying to figure this out.

im starting to get familiar with pano2vr and wanted to start making my own skins.

i made a simple png file it import into the skin, it imported fine.

but now when i view the gallery the pan right or left acts sluggish.

if i remove the image i inserted previously it gos back to working like normal.

can someone please help? why does the pan speed get adjusted?

its like it doesn't do a smooth pan, just a jagged frame by frame.

please let me know if you can help or if i need to explain myself better.

thanks in advance!

Just post the link so we can view it and see what might be going wrong. (preferably two links, one with and one without the imaige in it)

What I meant was that you should post the two different panoramas online so we can see the difference, if any.

I published some Flash versions with Pano2VR 2.0.2 at:

I see no difference in motion except that in the yes version I can only control the pano by clicking the arrows in the skin, not by click-dragging the image.
