Hotspots not working?

Hi there.
I'm having a problem with Pano2vr5.0
I have created a few hotspot templates then added graphics to them in the skin editor, but strange all the hotspots on the right hand side, once file outputted do
not work until I spin them around to the centre of the screen.
Any Ideas?
I've tried not added graphics in skin editor and just old fashioned default hotspot and get same issues.
