Re: Skin does not change
Hi David You only have the one skin for the tour which is in the opening panorama. This means the skin from the second panorama will not show and you will still see the skin from the first. You would put both maps in the skin, as you click a hotspot to move to a different floor, using actions you wo...

Re: SupportGnome YouTube Channel
Due to a possible change in text boxes I have had to remake the Scaling Text Video on YouTube. This means any links to it, or if you have embedded it in your own website will no longer work. When Pano2VR V3 beta 5 is released, the Margins Video will also be remade, this is because of changes on how ...

Hi
Match the width of the window in the project file with the window in the webpage.
Make sure that your Scaling is set to With Window and not Exact Fit.
Let me know if it is still happening after the above.

Hi Wim I thought I read you said that there was not a problem with the Normal ggt? Suggesting it may be a problem with the fullscreen ggt....I may of misread the post, however I have noticed odd things happening with Html5/Css3 ggt templates that others have made such as flash fullback not working, ...

Re: Pano2VR 3 b4 issue with HTML5 pano and template for iDev
Hi Wim
I have asked Thomas to make full screen templates for both Html5/Css3, as Pano2VR only shipped with Normal, and a Flash (100% x 100%) Issue #170.

Hi AJ This sound very similar to a problem I had recently. Please download this zip and extract the .reg file, this clears the keys in the registry, you will need to put your license key back in, so make sure you have it to hand before you do. Let me know how you get on. I plan to have a tip up soon...

Hi
Give your friend this link: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Pano2VR_-_Flash_API
This will explain how to do it, he can also visit the ActionScript part of our forum as this has been covered many times and a quick search should provide the answers he is looking for.

Re: Skin Editor Margins Problem
Hi Pano2VR html pages pass the colour used for the html to the Flash player, so not really transparent, but hay the video was a quick one to get you all started. I am planning a new one, in fact I wanted to do it shortly after I put it up on YouTube, but as a stating point it has done the job and wa...

Re: No hotspots shown in Windows 7 Safari and iPad
No, quite right, Html5/Css3 hotspot templates need to be in the root of the file tree. Thomas did say this to me hotspot templates need to be in the root and I have always done this, but playing with Flash I could stack as many as I wanted in containers. Html5/Css3 on the other hand, you can not. I ...

Re: No hotspots shown in Windows 7 Safari and iPad
Hi Normally hotspots templates are in the root and all tutorials do show this. I did however try a hotspot template within two containers, this did work for me. So I went mad and added more, please see screen print, this worked as well. Interesting, I only checked it with beta 4, perhaps give...
