Re: V5 and OpenStreetMeap
Hi Hopki, Thank you very much, that's fabulous!!! Of course it's a pain to manually edit the code every time output is generated. I'm using (on Windows), a free tool called " Find and Replace ". It can not only do what the name says, it can create command line code as well. I copy and past...

Re: V5 and patches
Hi Hopki, When I load the V5 project file in V4, and use the "viewing parameters" view to go through all 23 panoramas, then they are all properly patched, with no tripod in sight. Using EXACTLY the same file (in fact, I have the file open in V4 and V5 at the same time right now), in V5 NON...

V5 and patches
My apologies for pestering you with V5 issues, especially considering it's just the beginning of the week! In most projects I have taken from V4 to V5 the patches have been processed correctly. However, there's on big project, with 23 panoramas in a virtual tour, where I can see the patch symbols at...

V5: Shift in hotspot positions
Trying to convert various panoramas from V4 to V5, I find that the hotspot positions can be quite wrong. They all seem to have a certain offset in X and Y direction. I'm not complete sure, but it might get worse when the top or bottom viewing limits are changed in V5. With hundreds of polygon hotspo...

V5 Tour Browser and thumbnail order
If there is only one row of thumbnails visible in the tour browser, they appear in order, with the first one on the left, and the last one on the right. If I have many thumbnails, and size the tour browser to show the thumbnails in several rows, the order changes to vertical: 9 thumbnails shown in t...

V5 and OpenStreetMeap
In version 4 is was not a big deal to use OpenStreetAmp instead of Google Maps. The mechanism that worked well in V4 doesn't seem to work any more, the code to replace is no longer in the HTML file. Is there a way to use OpenStreetMap, Bing Maps, or any other provider, with version 5? Thanks! Harald

V5 skin editor and components
The components toolbox in the V5 skin editor is an excellent tool and a great time server, thanks to the developers!!! I'm wondering if there is a way to group components together, to make the positioning easy and quick? The logical answer might be using a container, positioned at 0,0 and with width...

Re: Toggle Fullscreen on iOS devices - how do you deal with
Hi Tony, This is a clever solution, thank you very much! It works just as what I had in mind on an iPhone or iPad. I would like to go one step further for HTML5: It's possible, with a bit of Javascript, to detect if a device is using iOS: var is_iOS_device=navigator.userAgent.match(/(iPad)|(iPhone)|...

Re: High on my wish list: More user data!
Hi Hopki, I'm using my own HTML template, where I'm using most variables. This is what my userdata definition looks like in V4: https://www.haraldjoergens.com/clients/userdata.png Fields I would like to add are, for example, a short title for the thumbnail view, and a long and short description to d...

Re: Logic blocks - pixels and percent
Thomas, The workaround does work, but if you add a button to switch the thumbnails on and off, there is a problem. If you use "toggle visibility" for original and clone, it seems to override the logic block result. If you create two buttons, "show thumbnails" and "hide thumb...

High on my wish list: More user data!
At the moment I'm using many user data fields for completely different purposes, and it works quite well. But more user data fields would make it much easier! Something like "User0" to "User9", with variables "$u0" to "$u9" shouldn't be too complex to implemen...

Re: V5 Beta skin issue
Hi Hopki,
If the oversight refers to direct node access, is there a way to add it manually, to the HTML or XML? I use the feature all the time and it's important.
Thanks!
Harald

Re: V5 Beta skin issue
Hi Hopki,
Thank you very much indeed, I certainly wouldn't have thought about that at all! I moved the container to the top, and all seems to be well now!
Brilliant - thanks again for the quick solution to my problem!!!
Harald
P.S.: Where do you switch "Direct node access" in the V5 UI?

Re: Logic blocks - pixels and percent
Hi Thomas,
That's an interesting workaround, and should indeed do exactly what I want to happen.
Thank you very much!!!

V5 Beta skin issue
Good morning, Sorry to be a pain at the moment, with lots of issues! I'm stuck with a strange one: This virtual tour has five nodes (the link is temporary and will be removed as soon as the issue is solved). As soon as you select a different node, the whole skin seems to jump up quite a bit, and sta...
