Re: Problem with Hotspot Link - v4.5.3
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction - an absolute beginners mistake. File named 'Hardham': link spelt 'hardham'! What an idiot

Re: Problem with Hotspot Link - v4.5.3
Thanks for looking. All of the XML and SWF files (Hardham1.xml, Hardham1.swf, Hardham2.xml and Hardham2.swf) are in the http://reeddesign.co.uk/panoramas/hardham/ folder - I've double checked. The folder structure is identical on my local server where everything works. I don't know why you're gettin...

Problem with Hotspot Link - v4.5.3
For some reason I'm having a problem with a hotspot linking to the correct XML (or SWF) file. This is the problem page: http://reeddesign.co.uk/panoramas/hardham.html The files are made in v4.5.3 and are set to multi-res HTML5 with Flash fallback. Here's a link to the same thing set to Flash first w...

Re: HTML5 toolbar not working in Win10 Edge
Yes, that's true of course. I think I'll wait for v5 to come out of beta and then update all my panoramas - that'll be quite a lot of work.

Re: HTML5 toolbar not working in Win10 Edge
But presumably I could just edit the JS in the HTML file from swfobject.embedSWF( "southwarkcathedral/SouthwarkCathedral03.swf", "container", "560", "360", "9.0.0", "", flashvars, params, attributes); to swfobject.embedSWF( "pano2vr_pl...

Re: HTML5 toolbar not working in Win10 Edge
OK, I've realised I can make a quick change in the XML file for the HTML5 versions of the panos: <input width="3392" height="3392" leveltilesize="424" levelbias="0.400" overlap="1" leveltileurl="AllSaints03/c%c_l%r_%y_%x.jpg"> <level width=...

Re: HTML5 toolbar not working in Win10 Edge
Thanks for this.
Is there a quick setting I can change in the XML file, or do I have to regenerate all of them (and the Flash fallback ones as well).

Re: HTML5 toolbar not working in Win10 Edge
Apart from the sizes I've just used the default settings. I assumed this would be loading the 424px tiles first. What should I be doing differently?

Re: HTML5 toolbar not working in Win10 Edge
Thanks hum@no.id - I thought I'd replaced the pano2vr_player.js file but obviously not.

HTML5 toolbar not working in Win10 Edge
The toolbar isn't working (it just doesn't appear) in any of my HTML5 panoramas in Edge on Win10. Here's an example: http://reeddesign.co.uk/panoramas/cornwall/altarnun.html The panoramas are all made in Pano2VR 4.5.x (64bit) and work on all other browsers I've tested on including phones and tablets...

Re: Found a nice animated gif - how to use as an SVG ?
Actually, I've just noticed that the animated gif I want to use is on a white background, which has reminded me that gif's don' support transparency. GIFs do support transparency. You can specify one of the (max) 256 colours to be transparent. And here's a how to animate SVGs link: http://tutorials...

Freedom of Panorama
The Freedom of taking photos in public places is under attack. Until now, in most countries in Europe you were safe to take and publish photographs that are taken from public ground – This is called Freedom of Panorama. When you were on vacation, you could take a photo from the London Eye and share...

Re: How to clear the panorama from browser cache
A workaround would be to use incognito mode to view the page (Ctrl+Shft+N).
You can also disable the cache if you open Dev Tools (Ctrl+Shft+I). Click on the cogwheel icon and check 'Disable cache (while Dev Tools is open).
Or use Firefox or another browser, which doesn't have this issue.

Google API Netowrk Errors
While I've been playing with the WordPress plugin I've noticed via Firebug that there are a load of network errors listed (12 in all). They don't seem to be causing a problem, but has anyone else noticed this? "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://khm0.googleapis.com/kh?v=173&hl=en-GB&x...
