is there a fix for tool tips not displaying in a pano? I have a small tour working fine for desktops but although the hot spot icon shows up, there is no text tip or image box displaying when viewed on my iPad/iphone

Got it working.Okay, it was a skin adjustment. I chose another skin element and the hot spot turned from a little camera to a video camera icon. I uploaded and it now works. Minor problem is that the hot spot is very small and possibly the wrong color

yes, the tour works fine locally both with the YouTube short url and the regular one...I do wish I knew the mistake I made.

I just changed the folder name from sled_dogs to output to see if this changes anything.
