any image is scalable. A svg keeps its sharpness, if it is a vector graphic. But in this case, the pixel-image is embedded in a empty svg.file. At the end it is scalable an sharp as the jpg or png after scaling.

If not, make your image for testing to a size of 200 x 200 px. Then use this and it should fit seamless. Your width must!!!!! be wider than the lower part of the pop-up-window.
