In the prior version there were limits on the cube face and EQ file sizes that could be imported or produced. An EQ file of over 20,000 pixels wide would not process nor a cube face of over 5,000 pixels.

Have these limits been removed by the new version?

After even more testing I've found what appears to be the next limit, cube face size. If I try and convert my now downsized equirectangular image (20,000 by 10,000 pixels) to cube faces it fails if I let Pano2QTVR determine the cube face size. I downsized the file to 20,000 pixels wide and it works as expected, so I'm assuming their is a limit somewhere above 20,000 pixels.
