insert html code for Adobe Muse

Hello, I am trying to insert the following content as a full-screen 360 into a page I am creating in Adobe Muse: http://www.visual360.co.uk/beamish/ I have copied all the code in the html file exported from pano2vr into the "insert html" box in muse, but it's just displaying in a very smal...

Re: XML error when using proxy IDs

Hi,

I don't know what I've done but these problems have gone away.

Sorry to bother...

XML error when using proxy IDs

Hi, I'm in the process of combining the map into this project: http://visual360.co.uk/into_3/ The hotspots are linked with to the skin with proxy IDs in the first location only so that the red marker moves to show the next location. However, I have a couple of questions: 1. The hotspots seem less re...

Re: Skins in html5

Just to add, I was testing on an iPad 3 so maybe the larger screen size meant the 960 tile size wasn't implemented. Any ideas what the max tile size for ipad 3s is?

Thanks,

Re: Skins in html5

Hi Hopki, I also checked it out on an iPad today and everything did appear. I noticed two problems though. 1. jecky scrolling - I'm currently using a 2020 cube face but with a mobile device limit for screens up to 1024. For such screens the cube faces are 960 with image quality 90. 2. some unusual m...

Re: Skins in html5

Hi, Thanks for this. I'm experiencing a further problem when adding in the flash fallback option. The flash version works fine on a PC, but the iPad version is just showing a white screen. I'm using exactly the same skin as the html5 version you just looked at. The url is http://www.visual360.co.uk/...

Re: Skins in html5

Hi, I have changed all the .s to _s and it's working in html5 on Firefox. I've tested it on a number of iPad simulators but the image does some weird warping thing. I think this is a limitation of the simulator though,as a number of 360s by different developers do the same thing. I really need to ge...

Re: Skins in html5

Thanks Hopki,

Is it likely to be the number of child elements that's causing the problems? Or do you think it's just the naming? The latter is relatively easy to fix, but I'm not sure how to get around the former...

Re: Skins in html5

HI Hopki, I've uploaded the files here: http://www.visual360.co.uk/dev.zip I think everything's is there except the actual panorama as this would have made the file size huge. You can just slot in any image for the purpose of testing... I've also updated the online work in progress here so that it r...

Re: Skins in html5

Hi Hopki,

what's the best way forward with this? Should I send you the skin and pano2vr files when I get back? If you could take a look at them, that would be great!

Thanks,

Re: Skins in html5

Thanks for getting back to me on this hopi. I'm away from the office until Monday and made some changes before I left. Do you know why I'm only getting a white screen now? I don't think there are any containers covering the whole screen? Before I did whatever I did, and I you could see the panoramas...

Re: Skins in html5

Hello again, I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas about this. From what I've read on here, not all actions are supported in html5 output. Is this likely to be the cause of the problem or could it be something else.? I've tried changing all the change element position actions to set but that ...

Skins in html5

Hi, I'm working on the following : http://Www.visual360.co.uk/vr/into/dev9 This is still a work in progress. So far it seems to be going to plan in Flash format but need ipad compatibility. At the moment, the skin doesn't appear when I export in html5. Any ideas where I'm going wrong? Thanks in adva...

Scalable floor plans

Hi everyone, I'm working on a project at the moment which requires the size of the floor plan to be adjustable. I've seen this done with pano2vr somewhere but can't remember where. Below the map, I'd like a rectangle which, when the mouse is dragged over, has a slider on it which controls the size o...
