But this may lead to a massive space problem. You will see it, when all the options are implemented that are on my whish list ;)

The built in interpolators should be faster so if you don't need the PanoTools, disable it.

You can only minimize the distortion if you increase the quality with the slider, but this also decreses the speed. You have to find an optimal compromise for your needs/subject. Flash 8 doesn't have a 3D engine so I have to do the math for projection in software which slows down the whole thing.

There are some incompatible versions floating around because they changed the interface of the DLL (don't ask me why...) so I didn't found the time to code a work around. The Interpolators are all in the main program so you don't loose quality if you don't use the pano12.dll. The DLL is only usefull...

subdirectories

The problem is that you put the output files into subdirectories ... you have to remove the "flash/...." in front of the embed line (and I have to find a solution for this problem in the next version)

Did you also copied the newer Version of p2q_embed_object.js into your web directory or is it not running locally?

I checked the latest version 1.5.0beta2 with Windows 2000 + QuickTime 6.5.2 and everything works fine. Did you use PanoTools pano12.dll? Maybe disable it in the menu "Pano2QTVR" and uncheck "Use PanoTools, if available" and try it again. Why don't you enter the pro Key? The key d...
