Items not showing up in Flash GUI
Hi All, I must be missing something very simple here but it's driving me a bit nuts. I've made my interface and added some custom .png buttons. level1, level2 and specs. When I render the project as HTML everything is fine, as shown in the image. However, when I add a FLASH output as well as the HTM...

Re: Stretched and messed up tiles
If you have both Flash and HTML multiresolution tiles pointing to the same folder you need to make sure that they are using the same naming schema. The easy way to do this is to copy and paste the filename from one to the other. Also make sure the Level Tile Size and all the levels match between Fl...

Re: Stretched and messed up tiles
Processed it all in 4.1 and no issue now it seems.
I'm guessed that something in the old project file borked the 4.5 output

Stretched and messed up tiles
Running 4.5 and seeing massively distorted tiles when after I've processed a tour. If I view the tile files on their own they are all fine. On Flash, if I zoom in past the default view the tiles get corrupted. In HTML, if I zoom out, they get corrupted. I did re-use a project file from an older proj...

Re: Any resolve to Addressing Multiple Skin Elements in HTML
I can't figure why I can't address a single icon to hide/show all hotspots in HTML5.
Anyone suggestions?
Cheers.

Re: Has anyone used the Ricoh Theta?
I've had a play and it is what it is. Cheap, low res and poor in low light. However, it certainly has a place. Ricoh however, bunch of muppets. I was supposed to be reviewing one for a magazine here but they told me it wasn't available in Benelux and there were no plans to sell it here. Me generatin...

Weird Error message
Hi all, A client is reporting a weird error message when they try to view a rendered test project I'm working on. “error:type error: object doesn’t support this property or method" I don't see that error in any browser of device that I'm running and never heard of it before. I've yet to ask wha...

It looks like it's making an effort to expand but...

still on 4.1 here too. Rather perplexing that it's all so quiet.
Things are moving quickly out there in the wold wold world. This HTML multires stuff should be already in our toolboxes. I'm pretty much stumped with stalling clients.
