Observations:
Cylinder partial panorama (less a full 360).
Agree... hotspot over the swimming pool is not active in the .swf

I am having telephone and dsl difficulties today... hopefully someone else can help

That sounds like a good idea. Until Thomas returns you might try visiting the World Wide Panorama website hosted by the University of California at Berkeley. For the last several years they have hosted 4 events each year. Some 400+ panorama photographers send in their work. Its not a competiton.. it...

Does your computer have a reasonably fast CPU... and sufficient RAM like 2gb+/-. Does your Video card have its own CPU and at least 128mb onboard [not shared] ram? Just might be your system.

High CPU usage should not be an issue. While looking at the panorama rotate, what other background task are you doing that would demand CPU usage that is being slowed down? Usually, when a person is looking at a rotating panorama.. they are not concurrently processing another task in the background....
