Re: Move project from desktop to laptop
I wonder where you're going. ;-) If the project file and images are in the same location, you can just copy over the project folder (including the skin file) to the Mac. All should work without a problem. However, if your images and project files are in separate locations, you'll have to relink the ...

Re: Carboard , VR
You can certainly use the standard version for a single, mono panorama for Google Cardboard. But for stereo panoramas, you'll probably want to use Pro. Sure, you can use one camera/lens, but you still need to tell Pano2VR that the final output should be stereo and you still need to link 2 panoramas....

Re: Carboard , VR
Hi! I was just reading this article myself and thought...I need to add some explanation here. When we talk about tours, we refer to each image in a tour as a node . When discussing stereoscopic panoramas (panoramas created with two lenses to create a 3D image) we sometimes get lazy and just say ster...

Re: Animation and auto-rotation
1) Can it produce "something" that just emulates what a user might do - rotating, zooming etc., without producing a video? Like a batch that defines panorama movements overtime, that just works with a panorama in any given window size and aspect ratio? Yes! You do this using Keyframes and...

I'm only taking a stab here, but have you tried launching Pano2VR without the Welcome Screen?

Re: Pano2VR 5 beta - new UI is slippery and confusing
First, thanks for the rant! We are fans of rants and truly appreciate the feedback. We understand the UI is a stark change and takes getting used to, but we do think your workflow will be faster in the end. I'll try to address some of your points. 1. In v4 you could see the input file and its format...

Re: tutorials on creating VR content...
The XML error might from the hotspot(s) not being set to _self (so it opens in the same window). That's my initial guess.
For the first test, do you have Stereo selected in VR template? (From what I can tell, your tests are mono.)
Hope that helps!

Re: Gyroscope weird rotations in 4.5, no rotation at all in
Hi! I just quickly tested this on v4 and v5 and it's working in iOS 9 (in both chrome and safari) as expected. However, there is some flipping happening at the polars. In v5 the nadir is fine, but in v4.5 it's flipping at both the nadir and zenith. This bug has been reported. For v5: Do you have Dis...

Hi!
Are these screenshots taken from the published panoramas? Technically, there shouldn't be any difference in output quality but perhaps the CMS treats them differently.

Re: Droplets and Embedded Panos in Facebook
Gumir, you need the Player Card . I haven't tried this and since our template only uses the Large Summary card, there might be some reason why it's not used. I don't know what you need for Google+ (Jim might be able to answer both these questions). In any case, it would be fantastic if these also wo...
