Issue with svg images and skin saving

Hi Gnomes, When using SVG images I create myself in Affinity Designer or Affinity Photo, they do either not show up, or only show some elements of the svg in the skin editor. This is very confusing because I now many times see no image under the svg tab, while it actually is there. The images then D...

Re: Way to display distance between panorama's im meters?

I saw a post in the P2V Facebook group that one Boštjan Burger had this working with a distance calculating formula?

He thanked you and Thomas for it, would you know how he did this? I would like to try and do the same?

Re: Viewing and manipulating spherical panoramas directly in Photoshop CC 2018

It's the subscription that drove me away :) Indeed I think the new features in Photoshop are a good development. I also think having a serious competitor can be mutually beneficial. At the moment Affinity Photo has come a long way but isn't yet fully 'there'. What it does have is enough for me now, ...

Re: Ggpkg not showing in Joomla, what I do wrong?

Hi Hopki,

I suspect you are right. Not sure if they will listen, because I use their free framework, no paid extensions for it. But given time I'll give it a try. For now the iframe is easier and satisfactory.

thanks!

Re: Viewing and manipulating spherical panoramas directly in Photoshop CC 2018

For those looking for an alternative... Affinity Photo does this already since january this year. I'm using it on a daily basis to edit my 360 panorama's and am very satisfied with it. Best of all, it's just 60,- Euro in a one-time purchase, no subscription. Affinity Photo is being praised as one of...

Hello Hopki,

Yes, I've read that post as noted in my OP :) I'll experiment with that shortly, thanks.

Re: Way to hide a single node's thumbnail in thumbnail menu? [SOLVED]

Hi Hopki,

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. Currently I don't want that, the menu should only show thumbs from the section it is in, and people should pick section either from a dedicated section image menu or via the central node. But I can see this being useful in another project :)

Re: Ggpkg not showing in Joomla, what I do wrong?

Hi Hopki, Thanks for the reply :) I hadn't, but I've just tried both testfiles. No luck I'm afraid. They both upload well, but only Reindeer produces a folder in Media/ggpkg if I check with ftp. Light_painting does not? Light_painting shows up in the media manager, but not in de the ftp filestructur...

Re: Portrait-Format-Hint

Hi Soulbrother, Instead of a text-warning, you could use an icon to convey the message. This is one I created for a tour. If you like it, feel free to use it. turn_phone.png The image in this message is a png, in the attached zip you find an svg version (invalid filetype to post here it seems, so I ...

Re: Styling the Scrolling Thumbnail Bar

True, the sales story is an all important factor. But ultimately, sales is also about looks. There's the theme your presenting the tour in, and it already has loads of customisation options, I'm still in awe. So you are emerging yourself in an experience, which a tour is, and then all of a sudden a ...

Re: Styling the Scrolling Thumbnail Bar

Not really, no, I tried all coloring options in all elements of the scrollmenu, but they all refer to the 'scroll area' within the menu, not the overflow scrollbar that you see when the list is longer then the container. I can color everything else in the thumb menu, just not the scrollbar. I know i...

Re: Styling the Scrolling Thumbnail Bar

... the scroller color... Hi Hopki, And how about the scrollbar? you know, the thing you use to actually scroll :) ? That's sticking out like a sore thumb in the designs. Is that stylable in the skin-editor? Or should I dive in the generated css? I tried the coloring like above, but that does not a...

Possible to create this type of navigation?

Hello all,

I was wondering if it is/could be possible to create a 'hovering' compass-like navigation and floor-level perspective distorted hotspots in the style of how these guys are doing it?

Re: a ggpkg file linking to b ggpkg

Hi Bostjan, I don't have an answer, but was also wondering why you split that up? Perhaps there are better ways to achieve your goal then splitting up a project in three? For example, I'm currently working on a tour that is divided (not split) in three sections 'Park', 'Oven' and 'Loods'. In each se...
