Specify Audio file at Properties level Vs Skin

Hi Hopki I have a tour with several points of interest and each requires an audio file. IE click custom Point Hotspot A to play audio file A. Click Point Hotspot B to play audio file B etc. What might be the best way to set this up so that I have a single skin element (hotspot with audio icon) and I...

Audio file - playing progress bar

Is there a way for a Pano2VR to understand how long an audio file is? I have a point hotspot which triggers an audio file. I'd like to create a progress bar to display how far into the audio track a user is. Image below. Just ignore the actual numbers https://www.evernote.com/l/ANJZOP1uyW1NhI7nWam33...

Re: Hotspot with Image and text

Hi @Hopki I notice the ht_image hotspot has an action to sets the value of the title and description on the popup window. Why do we do it this way and not just set a placeholder of $(hs) and $(hd) directly in the title and description text field? I've tried it and can't get it to work so am just cur...

Feature request: Multiple windows

Would love to be able to open 2 projects at once in 2 separate windows. Often when I'm debugging a component in a project, I want to have another project/skin open in window 2 to compare and see where I might be going wrong etc. Not having multiple windows open means I have to save the project, clos...

Re: Hotspot with Image and text

Just found out I *can* use my own HTML in the description field and even my own span classes. Happy days! :D

Re: Hotspot with Image and text

Thanks Hopki. Just saw this now and appreciate the demo. It looks simple enough. In the meantime, I was trying the iFrame tutorial by Tony. In a tour with over 40 hotspots of this kind I am torn between the popup content being native Vs iFrame. Did you have any possible experience with this? In my h...

Hotspot with Image and text

Hi Hopki Is there a tutoral for achieving the popup as per mockup. It's basically an image hotspot with accompanying text or vice versa. Components.jpg Ideally, the image would sit to the left at certain breakpoints. At smaller breakpoints it would stack above the text. I know the nuances of how thi...

Animation templates

Hi Hopki I have a project with a pretty intricate animation sequence across a single clip. I want to use the same animation sequence on a different project and wondered if there was a way I'm not aware ot to copy and past keyframes across different projects? At the moment I have to save the original...

Re: Google Maps using Description field

Hi Hopki Thanks for the info. I think Google SV is having extreme delays or I am doing something wrong. I updated the description around 15 days ago, clicked the submit button (Upload current panorama to Street View) and nothing has changed. I could probably remove completely the image and make a ne...

Google Maps using Description field

Hi I added a 360 to an existing Google Maps location and Google Maps used the description field as the image title. IE when I view the image in Street View, the small badge on the top left of the photo reads... [Description] [Profile photo, profile name] [Street View - Jun 2019] I don't recall this ...

Hi Hopki. Regarding this page on Posting Projects on Social Media, may I share some findings... https://ggnome.com/doc/pano2vr/beta/posting-social/ On the section, Share on Facebook it's mentioned that In User Data, fill out the title, author and description. The title and description will appear on...

View Count and Google APO

Hi Hopki I notice in the Google Street View tab, we have the following metrics displayed Street View Browser Total number of photos Total amount of photo views and we also have view counts available for individual panoramas uploaded to Street View etc This isn't directly a Pano2VR question but presu...

Preventing 360 pan on page scroll (mobile)

Hi all Say you have a 360 pano on a mobile device and it takes up most of the viewport. If you go to scroll down the page, the pano recognizes the gesture as a pan and you can't move past the pano. A few years ago Google changed the behavior of their maps on mobile devices because they had the same ...
