Re: Rotate Flat "Panorama" Image

Hi,
The orientation is saved in the image.
Open in a photo editor, rotate to the correct orientation and then save.

Re: Drobown Menue with Filter -> Links do not work anymore

Hi, Looking at your skin, you are using the category cloner which cannot be used to open panoramas to show the nodes? The idea here is you first see the categories, then after selecting a category you show the node cloner, which has the open next panorama action. What is it you are trying to do, ple...

Re: Drobown Menue with Filter -> Links do not work anymore

Hi,
Adding a tag to a few panos and using the filter works as should with the menu only showing the tagged panoramas and they are selectable.
What's the action you are using with the action filter?
Can you post your skin?

Re: Playing with 360 video

Hi Michael, I guess you can use any skin but what you may want to do is add a seek bar element and assign it to the video panorama. This way you can then scrub the video etc. Please find a component that adds the seek bar and play and pause buttons. Add the component to your skin and then make sure ...

Re: Several starting points in the tour

Hi,
If you have used Pano2VR 7 then you are set to go.
You would use Direct Node Access which is on by default in Pano2VR 7 but needs to be selected in older versions.

Re: HotSpot Button

Hi, Yes, you can have as many as you need. When you place a Hotspot in the viewer you would set it to Tour Node which by default will use the Hotspot Template in the skin, ht_node. This is found under the Skin-ID. How: Open the skin, copy and paste the ht_node, so you now have two. Change the ID of ...

Re: Tour does not present on iPhone

Hi,
You need to edit the value in the pinned image properties panel as well as resize the image.
Keeping the image at 900px means it will work on a greater number of mobile devices.

Re: Combined positioning and visibility using a timer

Hi Lemo, As I used percentages, 50% x 50% this puts the container's top left edge in the top centre of the screen. Of course, the text box needs to be in the centre of the screen, so to aline the text box, working from the right side, the container is 50px wide and the text box is 100px wide, so now...

Re: Tour does not present on iPhone

Hi, What you are seeing is mobile Safari crashing. The issue is the size of your pinned images, note has nothing to do with file size, its pixel dimensions. Apple advises that any pinned image in a webGL environment, which is what we use in Pano2VR, should not be any larger than 1024px in the longes...

Hi Lemo, Please can you give more detail, don't really understand when you say: it resets the movement start point and it will postion itself directly in the bottom corner. Can you post your skin so we can see what settings/actions you are using as well as a description on what the person viewing th...

Re: Stereo Panorama Movies

Hi, My test stereo video is 1920 x 1920px which plays ok on most devices, not sure how far you can push up the resolution before you start getting into trouble. You could try at 3840 x 3840 as the desktop browser technically only plays the left 360 video. With regards to the headset I guess you have...

This sounds very odd, can you send your input image to support, the link is below.
But its in the list, open a new project even without an input image.
