Tour Viewer (Viewer Settings), Compass not appearing

P2VR V.6b Win10

In the tour viewer window, "Compass" (if box is checked) does not appear if Projection is set to "Stereographic" or "Fisheye" (only shows if using Rectilinear).

User Data: Extended Text Field Window UI issues

->P2VR V.6b Win10 Regarding the "pop-up" text windows that one can use for entering extended text, IE: "User Data->Description" Capture.JPG There are several issues with these windows, especially if they are to be used with longer pieces of text, like what one might use for a Des...

Re: Viewing Parameters: Unexpected behavior, Usability Issues

Btw, That screen shot you posted, Note the indication of "Drag Mode"- That terminology is not consistent with the terminology for the same thing under the "Control" section of the "Output Panel" where it is found under "Mouse: Invert Control" (checkbox) Consis...

Re: Viewing Parameters: Unexpected behavior, Usability Issues

RE: "1) This is a viewer setting:" Thanks, would have not noticed it there, nor expected it to be there. Curious though, Why isn't the Viewer Settings located in a tab with all the other settings in the "Settings" window where one would expect to find it? What is it about the &qu...

Re: UI Issue: Panels Horz scroller

Please take a closer look at your UI, you will see that it clearly does not work the way you think it does. Hence why I am posting the issue to begin with.

The horizontal scrollbar currently serves no purpose.

Thanks so much. That would be just great if that were fixed to be the same on Win10.

Re: Issue regarding Equirectangular Node Preview generation

Re: "The check box is Default View"

Why do you feel you have to point that out to me?

There is a checkbox, it clearly says "Use Default View". Do you think I cannot read or?

Please respond,

thanks.

Re: Issue regarding Equirectangular Node Preview generation

That doesn't work, I already mentioned that in my previous post- "I noticed that even though the PTRF values below the checkbox are greyed out, I could still enter values manually. So I thought setting "tilt" to explicitly be "0" could override this behavior? but it had no e...

Really would be nice to click between Skin Editor and Tour Editor

Pano2VR's forcing of the Skin Editor to always be the top-most window is really inconvenient to say the least. I find myself switching often between the two windows during tour authoring. Having to explicitly close the Skin Editor each time in order to get to the Tour Editor over and over again is t...

Issue regarding Equirectangular Node Preview generation

P2VR v.6b, Win10 64 bit Equirectangular previews can be useful. As such, sometimes it is necessary to set the default view or "center-point" of these previews to match the default view of the panorama. However, P2VR is rendering the equi's with tilt applied when it should really only be ap...

Re: Percentage size and aspect ratio

Another bump for an important issue (which is also at least a few years ongoing apparently)- . I am starting to run into this roadblock as well with my initial tests using Pano2VR (now at V.6b) as a possible new tour dev environment, and it is effecting my ability to create proper responsive layouts...

Re: V5 Tour Browser and thumbnail order

I would like to bump this because having a proper left to right thumbnail order is not a "feature request" it should be considered a bug/UI/usability fix. Every thumbnail browser in every app or website I can think of in the world orders it's thumbnails left to right and then top to to bot...

UI Issue: Panels Horz scroller

P2VR V6 B , Win10-64bit Panels on both the left and right sides of the pano viewer have horizontal scrollbars can appear at the bottom, and when they do, they serve little purpose other than to scroll the window a couple of millimeters max. Best to probably get rid of them altogether and keep a prop...

Viewing Parameters: Unexpected behavior, Usability Issues

PTVR V6 B, Win10 64-bit 1. When clicking on the individual panos in the Tour Browser, the viewer in main preview window should jump to the already set "default view" instead of having to click "Go To" button in the "Viewing Parameters" panel each time. If one has many p...

Re: Possible to use custom node images?

Ok- so apparently they get over written if I crop them. Which is exactly what I was doing, as I wanted square previews instead of the rectangular ones that Pano2VR was creating. I have seen now that changing the aspect ratio of the "node image" element in the skin will do what I need. This...
