Info Hotspots not displaying, Pano2VR 6 PRO
I have put together a tour using a Google Map with several images using the latest (6) version of Pano2VR. A few of the 360 images have hotspots with a custom image. The URL hotspots are working correctly with a custom image. The INFO hotspots display, but nothing happens (except the hand icon appea...

Re: Web VR
That's what I thought. Thanks. VRTourviewer is not really an option, since the client has to buy a license unless you want a big ugly box that interferes with the viewing, right?

Re: how to remove ghost hotspots
I am a new user and I could just be doing it wrong, but using PRO version 6, I can't get rid of the red circles that appear to be ghost hotspots. I have the ghost hotspot icon set with a slash through it and they still appear. Should I be doing something else?

Re: Web VR
Thanks. I don't understand your answer. When I prepare the tour as a webVR, it goes to an image with the skin and the menu shows a headset icon. The image with the skin shows all the hotspots and info spots. Once I click on the headset Icon, I am immersed in 360 but there are no hotspots showing. He...

Re: Web VR
I have a WebVR image with hotspots. I can see the non-360 view with menu and hotspots that work, but as soon as I go to the headset ICON and the Oculus Quest displays the image in 360 degrees, the hotspots are gone. To go to the next image I have to exit the 360, and click on a hotspot in the non-36...

Hotspots not working in 4.0 HTML 5?
I just purchased the upgrade to Pano2VR 4.0 so that I could have hotspots working on my HTML 5 pans. The same file that creates them perfectly in Flash gets nothing in HTML 5 firefox. Do I need to do something else to activate them for HTML 5? Thanks James

Firefox and HTML 5 panos not working on 32 bit XP
I cannot get my pano to work properly using the lastest Firefox browsers on Windows XP Sp2, 32 bit hardware. On Vista, 64 bit it works fine. On 32 bit computer with Firefox, the images are in the window but not properly displayed. I can provide an example if this is not generally known.
