Re: About animated hotspot possiblities
I added the external image loader but I only can find the option to link a URL, how can I make it point to an asset? When I add the path of the image directly as image it works but not with the external image loader :o The image loader solution would be amazing since I can save it as component https...

Re: Not directly about pano2vr but about stitching
ok... so now.... how well did the panorama stitching turn out ? I always test by looking up a the convergence at top zenith.... and then tilt down to nadir bottom. The bottom should show a tripod cap as a SQUARE box with all sides being equal dimensions. I'm so hyped over here its funny! :D In a co...

Re: Not directly about pano2vr but about stitching
Here is a forum link - few years ago pictures of calibrating pano/camera process using a simple Nodal Ninja R1 pan head. https://forum.ggnome.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=11596&p=47843&hilit=nodal+point#p47843 I recreated the scene as good as I could over here https://i.imgur.com/506bKpX.jpg

Re: Not directly about pano2vr but about stitching
Is there any kind of motive that is perfect for trigger stitching errors If you don't have enough overlap and there is a lot of featureless area that PTGui cannot find control points for such as a lot of sky or white walls within a room, then this will cause stitching errors as well regardless of h...

Re: About animated hotspot possiblities
Sounds interesting! SInce I already got a set of animated png's this would be the easiest way for me now. Either way I want to learn the animation progress but for the sake of missing time right now this would be an awesome shortcut. I will test this later and if it works I will post it here as well...

About animated hotspot possiblities
Hey there! So far I understood that we can't load simply animated png's or animated gif's for an animated hotspot. We need to use the timer mechanics shown inside of the tutorial "Creating Animated Point Hotspots -- Pano2VR", right? And when this is true, basically animated hotsp...

Searching someone to learn with / from
Hey there! I need to learn how to build stunning skins within pano2vr's skin editor asap but since I hate it to learn or do things totally alone I wanted to ask if anybody in here is interested to go on this journey together with me or even teach me one or two things  I'm not star...

Re: Not directly about pano2vr but about stitching
Thank you for your long and detailed answer! :- ) I now kinda used all the input from here. What's interesting is, after I was creating a graph from my data out of PTGui https://i.imgur.com/U7DJn8s.jpg I figured that the real point of no parallax was still a couple of mm away but after all it seems ...

Re: Not directly about pano2vr but about stitching
I feel so stupid... So I need to find the nodal point and if I manage to do so and set it up the right way I will cause less “ghost ridges or breaks in straight lines no matter what software I use for stitching? And this on the image below would be the nodal point adapter on the rollei and where I h...

Re: Not directly about pano2vr but about stitching
Sounds interesting I stumbled upon PTGui as well yesterday! What does NPP stand for in this context? :- ) Im using a manual Rollei (with a samyang fish eye) where I take 8 shots every 45 degree in horizontal and after that I change the vertical angle to 45 degree up and do 4 more images (every 90 de...

Not directly about pano2vr but about stitching
Hey there  I have lots of trouble with stitching errors using PanoramaStudio 3 Pro. So I wonder if there is any better solution than this program. I mean fixing it thanks to pano2vr patching is smooth but so much time is getting consumed by this  So I wonder if there is anything better...

Re: Pano2VR iPhone/iPad app
Hi Chris, The app I'm beta testing is looking very good and I think the developers will release it soon. So hang in there for it. cheers, Tony I will do so! And until that I will simply use the Viseni Tourloader. :-) Only thing I ask myself is... how do I set a preview thumbnail? For the demo tours...

Re: Pano2VR iPhone/iPad app
I mean that you have more control over the complete UI of the App. You can brand it, make it look exactly like you want it to look and even add additional information outside of the tour. Sounds interesting indeed! Since the guide for this is a super long and in depth one I bet it's all explained i...
