The file sizes are still large!
Have you tried multi resolution for this?

Re: Virtual Tour help
Hi Rogério, I have just gone to the skins forum and copied some topics that should help you on your way. I would look at the user designed skins as they are all free to use and hopefully when your up and running designing your own skins you may wish to contribute. You can even open one, copy the ele...

Re: Searching for information, help?
Hi, When you say 3D do you mean multi row such as this example ? If so what you have to do is do is shoot all the columns to make one row. Now move the camera up say 10 degrees then shot a new set of columns to form the second row. Keep doing this until you have all your rows. The trick is keeping t...

Re: User data formatting
Hi,
Use the Simplex skin.
The information box uses <b>$ut</b>
When published the user data title in the information box should appear in bold.
Do a save as, then you can start modifying the skin with say adding <i><b>$ut</b></i>.
See how you get on.

Hopki

Re: No wordpress template !
Hi Vincèn, Please see this Tip . If your install did not contain any templates then please find the folder HtmlTemplates and rename it to old_HtmlTemplates . Close and reopen Pano2VR and confirm that you now have a new folder with all the templates in. Then you can go back in and delete old_HtmlTemp...

Hi,
You got a link to test.
Also make sure you have the flash plugin up to date.
Just to see I just downloaded V3.1.4 and published a flash output without any problems?

Hopki

Re: skin keeps crashing....
Hi Stu, I have opened your skin with no problems on my Mac. However what you can do in the future is copy the skin and change file extension to zip.\ Unzip and have a look at all the files. In the past with skins that will not open or crash its been down to a dodge image file, check all the images l...

Re: 360Pano media issue on ipad html
Hi, Sorry but iOS will not allow auto start of sound or video. The only thing I can suggest is to use a "splash screen" explaining how to use the pano and on close it starts the video. You can use a "play media" action. Set the loop to -1 so both Flash and HTML5 outputs will not ...

Hi Luc,
Its all or nothing I'm afraid.
The best workflow is use multi resolution then once published you can deselect generate files under the multi resolution tab.
If you do need to republish one of the images then you will need to publish all the input images.
Please see Issue #1162

Hi, The easiest way is just position a rectangle over the "clickable text" with the action to open the next popup rectangle. If you set the rectangles colour pickers colours alpha to say 5 or 10 it will be transparent but still active. You can even select to show the hand symbol on hover. ...

Re: problem with hotspots
With HTML5 the browser has to be able to play the sound natively. So Safari .MP3 and Firefox and Chrome .ogg. This said I did read somewhere that these will also support mp3, not sure if they do now or not without testing. Have a look at this web page: http://www.html5tutorial.info/html5-audio.php P...

Also try renaming the xml file, perhaps calling it index.xml is causing an issue, but this is just a wild guess.

Hi Joe,
No because you don't want to over fill the cache, mobile devices can only hold so much then they start to drop files in favour of new ones.
