Improvement seen by saving the tour before opening the Animation editor was short lived. It is now playing the incorrect order again.

Is there a action or new text format required to enable Direct Node Access. I have been using this on a site with Version 4 and it works great. Using Version 5 direct node is ignored.

I have numbered and reordered the clips correctly. 1 through 22. When I generate the output the animation works properly. There are 5 types of key frames available in the animation timeline. They look much the same in the timeline. It would be nice if the appearance changed to reflect their function.
