Re: Object2VR Point Hotspots, Hotspot templates

If I am following you correctly, you want to add point hotspots that have custom images for the display of the hotspot. Please see this link http://zoom.photospherix.com/dewaltsample/dewaltsample.html To do this, you have 2 things that you have to do. 1. Add point hotspots to the rotation and set th...

Re: HTML 5 on iPad Air issue

I had troubles with the version that I made, on my Nexus 7.

My feeling would be the overall size could be part of the trouble.

Re: HTML 5 on iPad Air issue

It seems to do the same thing on Chrome on a mac, Your playback is not good at all. I did a little inspection and it seems that your 360 is 50 frames, and they are 960 x 600 and the total size is about 5.8 mb. You might try making one that has higher compressions to reduce the overall size. It is ju...

Re: Auto Play Delay Difficulties

I have always been under the understanding that the delay really is for how long until it starts rotating AGAIN. I know that it doesn't read that way in the interface, but that is what it seems to do.

Re: HTML 5 on iPad Air issue

I just tested it out on the beta of Chrome on a Mac. You have lots of files that are not loading, and playback was subpar. I also see that you have a space in the folder name, when the browser goes to get the file, it adds a 20% for the corrected url. I would start there. If that does not resolve so...

Re: new-ish to ObjectVR

Take a look at the html tab in the edit of the html5 version of your 360, you should see a checkbox for "Fullscreen". But to my knowledge, it will not remove the interface of the browser on any device.

Hope it helps

Re: Blurred rendering using tiles

Try checking the box for embed on the 600px file group if the 360 is native at 600. Click the embed on 300px if it is native at 300.

I think that is the correct way to do it. I know that each time I set up a new run, I have to fiddle with it a little.

Re: Masked cycle animation into a panorama?

No guys, from time to time we delve in the simple arts of Pano's :)

This has to do with a pano.
I want to have lines drawn on the floor that work like marching ants. They are the selection line from a laser.

Re: Masked cycle animation into a panorama?

I know it is a year old post, but did anyone find a way to get this done. I have a similar project, not windmills, but animations that I want to show.

Re: Make labels appear at certain frame

I did it with view states. One rotation that has no interface elements and then a second that does have the elements. This way the non interface version could load and then when the user started interaction with the 360, it switched to the interface version. http://zoom.photospherix.com/navfeddev/ T...

Re: Feature wishlist

A kill packet for our 360's.

Something along the lines of a "theclient.txt" that resides at the photographers website, and if the file has been deleted, then the 360's no longer play or give a nag similar to the date range option. My vote would be a great big "NSF" on the screen.

Ring a ring ring - A few 360's of rings

Here are a few 360's that we finished up. This project is truly going to test the repetition of our workflow.

I have a lot more respect for those that photograph small things now.

Modified HTML Template

I made a couple changes to the html template in OBJECT2VR. I have made it so that it will center and stretch to the max size of the file that is made. In other words if the screen is less than the size of the 360, it will decrease the size of the movie to that screen size. If the screen is larger th...

Re: disable hotspots under skin

It is not cured but I found a way around the issue. I changed the click type for the navigation to pressed and the hotspot to clicked. This made the navigation take precedence over the hotspots. As a note for anyone testing the swf and html5 and they are tired of having to load and unload the info t...
