Re: Merge two skins
Thank you, Martin. Already doing that to obtain each single effect or action... But what I meant was something different. Imagine you have a rich and complex menu you use almost always in your panos (call it "Base"); then in some specific project you should add some controls, saving...

Merge two skins
Hi. Is it possible to merge two skins ? One base skin common to various projects, plus each specific skin for different panos. This method would make easier any little modification to the "style" of a group of panos, being common to all of them, without having to modify each one (think to ...

A tour with equirectangular and flat images
Hi. I'm trying Pano2VR Pro v. 5.0.2 for making a virtual tour of a museum, but you could imagine any other environment, such a church, a castle etc. In this place are many rooms , for which I have their equirectangular images ready, but there are also some flat surfaces, like coffered ceilings , fre...

Re: convert tiles back to cube faces
No, but many programs exist that do the job: one of them could be Picture Merge Genius (only for Windows, I think); give it a try.

Re-generation of tiles
Hi. In v. 4.5.X one could avoid generating tiles if yet present, useful when only retouching the skin, for example, and with very large panos: this was done by leaving the checkbox "Generate Files" empty in the Multiresolution tab, in HTML5 Output. Now, in v. 5.X, this feature has become a...

Re: Google Maps Tilt and Zoom
Hi, Martin. If you mean the final output skin.js created for each pano/tour, well... it wouldn't be so handy... It would mean to manage each skin.js made after each pano/tour... Or you mean a skin template? Is it there such a model anywhere, as the *.ggt for the main HTML code?... Where does skin.js...

Google Maps Tilt and Zoom
Hi folks. Some time ago I was giving v. 4.5.3 Pro a try and set some modifications to the HTML template (normal.ggt) to customize the Google Maps behaviour. 1) I set zoom:19 under mapOptions and removed the line if (!bounds.isEmpty()) ... to get the desired starting zoom level. 2) I added map.setTil...

Animation Editor: avoid zooming beyond Min FoV 1.0px
Hi.
Having set the zoom limit at 1.00px in the Viewing Parameters to avoid pixellating image when zooming too deep, I'm wondering if there's such a setting in the Animation Editor too, or a way to automatically adopt that same value from the Viewing Parameters...

Re: Looking for critiques on my first two tours
Hi, Pablo, and... don't panic! Making an inverse calculus, I usually do this way: choosing to manage tiles of, say, 640 px, I'll have two levels of 1280 and 2560 px, right? This would be perfect if you'd have a starting equirectangular image of 8042×4021 px, being 2560*Pi=8042 px (less than h...

Re: Looking for critiques on my first two tours
Hi Pablo. If you start from an equirectangular image of, say, 6032×3016 px, you could set Multiresolution with a tile size of 480 px and two levels of 1920 and 960 (loading the latter at startup). [1920 is 6032/Pi, 960 is half that size and 480 half again. Of course you will calculate your sizes de...
