Oculus Rift VR Support
Hi, Maybe it's to early, but I'm wondering if it is possible to use the Oculus Rift to view the created pano's. I've ordered an development kit to explore the possibilities and be prepared for the future when people want more. Samsung is developing a nice 3D depth panorama camera http://thinktanktea...

Re: Smooth scrolling HTML5 "responsive" pans?
On a S4 it does work, it's the S2 and S3 that have issues. And you are right it is also browser dependent. Both devices tested the menu's with the Samsung native browser on it, but on the S4 I also tested with the Samsung browser. Tomorrow I can get my hands on a S3 to test it more thoroughly, I'll ...

Re: Smooth scrolling HTML5 "responsive" pans?
Hi 360Texas, Maybe a bit off topic .... but I was wondering if you haven't got issues with the menu you are using in one of your examples http://360texas.com/gallery/crhosp/crhosp.html I'm using the same kind of menu structure and recently I try to move to multi-resolution in flash and html5 to hand...

Re: Smooth scrolling HTML5 "responsive" pans?
I followed this thread and I tried the proposed settings with multi-resolution. It sounds great, using the same tiles for flash and html5 and it takes away the mobile browser headache. But .... when using these settings the output is far from smooth and responsive. Starting the pano up (windows 8.1 ...

Video challenges
Hi, I've not seen anybody doing this in pano2vr and also the tutorials are not mentioning it. I spent an evening playing with some options but it looks like I'm stuck. Till now I've used a tv-screen inside a panorama to put a video in it and let it play during viewing, works like a charm. I did this...

Re: % wildcard selection does not work correctly in HTML5
Ok, clear, reg-exps are very powerful so thats a great improvement and I will use that in new projects ! But .... there is no intention to make the % backwards compatible ? The % worked for me in all 3.xx versions of pano2VR I don't know when it exactly stopped working, I did not test all versions b...

Re: % wildcard selection does not work correctly in HTML5
Hi, Maybe I'm using wild-card in the wrong sense of the word. I tried to find it in the skin-editor again, but it seems to be gone, but somewhere in the skin-editer there was a remark saying that when you want to address multiply ID's you can use %<part of ID> ... I'm using this from the very beginn...

Re: % wildcard selection does not work correctly in HTML5
The fact you list 64 bit, does this mean your on Windows? If so which OS are you using? Regards, Hopki I'm on windows 8.1, but did you try my example URL at http://media.sallandnatuurlijkgastvrij.nl/virtueletour/ on iPad ? I've made a Tile-menu where submenus open, the wildcard % is used in the &qu...

Re: % wildcard selection does not work correctly in HTML5
This is a special character used in the skin-editor to select multiple instances. I espect it to work in both flash and html5 output as it did in previous versions.JimWatters wrote:Not sure if this is the case but the % is a special character. I think you need to double it up %%

% wildcard selection does not work correctly in HTML5
Hi, Searching the forum for it but no match. Problem I'm running into is a selection issue with % in the skin-editor Normally it is possible to select multiple instances with % sign in front of it. First thing I noticed it changed from a string that matches only on the beginning of a name to a strin...

Re: Order items reversed in skineditor 4.5beta pro 64bit
Ok, I understand, maybe an idea to make it possible to have a menu item in the skin-editor to reverse the order of the items selected. When making buttons in a menu, the order does not matter. Reversing all my previously made skins to make it readable again when editing is very very time consuming. ...

Order items reversed in skineditor 4.5beta pro 64bit
Hi, I'm trying the new 4.5beta version with existing tours. The skin-editor had a major change and it looks better than the previous version. But one thing I noticed and find very annoying is that when loading an old skin all items in the list are reversed. I use a lot of menu-listings that I have t...

Select multiple skin objects in HTML5
Hi, Just a quick question to know if this is a known issue (found no mentioning in the forum and bug-tracker). Till now I've always build virtual tours for mainly flash and had a simple HTML5 version as fall-back for devices that do not support flash. I noticed that an increasing amount of my custom...
