Will this be general non-directional looping sound or will you be able to embed sound sources to positions within a panorama that will then come and go as you pan around? (just wondering because if it is directional sound, I'll get recording some directional sounds!).

Thanks for that, I've been trying navigating around panoramas using a more hands on method (without a mouse) and when you are physically touching the view it seems more natural to drag the view around.

Currently if you click and drag to the mouse in a direction the view will continue panning in that directing (unless a stop is hit). Thanks for the reply, the framework from Trolltech seems very interesting. The files I get from the H2 are a pair of stereo files so maybe it would be possible to anchor 2 stereo files into a single panorama?
